Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been conducted by the USPS

Closeknit offers secure online ordering using our user-friendly shopping cart system. We accept credit card/bank card payments only. When you order from Closeknit the payment will immediately be deducted from your account. Your money will be held in a holding account until your item is shipped, at which time it will be deposited into Closeknit’s account.

Please contact us at orders@closeknitstore if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been shipped your order will immediately be canceled and your money returned to your account. If the item has shipped we cannot cancel your order. Please refer to our return policy.

While every effort is made to see that all goods shipped are in perfect order, Closeknit cannot take any responsibility for goods lost during transit - but we will do everything we can to help the USPS locate the package. If damaged goods are received please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. You will be reimbursed for any shipping charges along with your refund. If you would like to exchange your damaged item please include a note with the return or let us know when you contact us over e-mail at orders@closeknitstore about the return. Undamaged items may not be exchanged or returned. Closeknit reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange an item if we are contacted any later than 5 days after the delivery of the item.

If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed online. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. All out of stock items take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. You will be contacted once the item is in our warehouse and shipped to you.
